Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

One of our family’s favorite side dishes is roasted potatoes. We chop our taters into bite-sized pieces, roll them around in olive oil and rosemary goodness, and then bake them until they’re nicely browned and crisp on the outside. Yum! You can have your french fries, America – I’ll take these much healthier and tastier spuds!
